Back!

Once again we apologize for the downtime of the site but it really haven’t been our own faults. We have had so many problems with our old host and this time he kicked us out for good. So we had to find a new host at once + move the site again! And this site is huge so it takes many many days to download and upload all content. But most stuff are up now and working, some photos are still being uploaded so be patient, please. We will be back to basic and be the most up to date source on our lovely Ms. Swank!

Hilary Swank’s Fitness Secret: Good Genes

Hilary Swank credits her slender fitness to simple, good genes.

“I think I’ve been blessed with my father’s metabolism,” the double Oscar winner, 33, told PEOPLE as she arrived at a dinner in London Thursday.

Swank, in an ultra figure hugging black Dolce & Gabbana dress, co-hosted the dinner with perfume maker Guerlain at the yet-to-open Almada restaurant in Mayfair. She was celebrating her role as spokesperson and face of the beauty brand’s latest ad campaign (just launched in London), for Insolence.

Center for Performing Arts forum to include celebs

Amid blaring trumpets and a choir singing from above, the Dallas Center for the Performing Arts welcomed a well-dressed crowd to the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center on Tuesday to announce its first annual series: the Brinker International Forum, whose six events each year will include performances, conversations, lectures and symposia featuring “internationally renowned performing and visual artists.”

Among the programs will be National Geographic Live! events that will bring to Dallas what officials called “the world’s leading scientists, explorers, filmmakers and photographers.”

The Brinker forum will begin next fall, a year before the official opening of the Dallas Center for the Performing Arts. One event announced Tuesday will be an appearance, on Oct. 14, 2008, by Beverly and Dereck Joubert, filmmakers and naturalists known for their work in the African wilderness.

And then on Nov. 25, 2008, Academy Award-winning actress Hilary Swank will appear, following such luminaries as Clint Eastwood, Mary Tyler Moore, Julie Andrews and Elton John, who made previous appearances on behalf of the center.
