The co-founder of Orpheus has joined the krewe’s celebrity list along with two actresses as monarchs.

The krewe announced on Monday that Harry Connick, Jr., Hillary Swank and Mariska Hargitay will join previously announced rock star Bret Michaels and pop-star Cyndi Lauper.

Swank co-stared with Connick in P.S. I love you and Hargitay is Connick’s new love interest in NBC’s Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.

Jonathan Silverman and Jennifer Finnigan will also be appearing along with Sarah Hyland of Modern Family and her boyfriend, Matt Prokop of High School Musical 3.

Connick co-founded Orpheus in 1993 with Capt. Sonny Borey.

The parade will roll on Lundi Gras, Feb. 20.

The night before Mardi Gras, the celebrity monarchs will toast the King of Bacchus, actor and SNL alumnus Will Ferrell, from the balcony of the Astor Crowne Plaza at the Orpheus Captain’s Party on Sunday, Feb. 19.
